HMRC-Compliant Inheritance Tax Reports

Our probate valuations are prepared specifically for HMRC submission and include:

  • Formal “Open Market Value” assessments
  • Itemised schedules or grouped content valuations
  • Notes on provenance, significance and condition
  • Digital and printed copies for legal or family records

Where suitable, we may advise on items best positioned for auction and the most appropriate department or sale.

A Straightforward, Professional Process

  1. Initial Consultation: Discuss the scope of the estate and any deadlines.
  2. Assessment: We visit the property
