An antique Heriz carpet, north-west Persia

Approx: 383cm. x 295cm. Classic for this type with well drawn design and very good colour combination on soft rust field. Bold appearance. This carpet has slight localized wear down to knot collar with dot like wear in places. Selvages original, localized fraying on cord. Ends with short fringes, slight fraying in few small places. Despite imperfection, this carpet is in good usable condition. Very good furnishing piece with good square size. Attractive and sought after type on the market.
