Birmingham 1936-1938 by Mappin and Webb
An Edward VIII - George VI sterling silver and guilloche enamel fitted travelling vanity case

Fitted with a handmirror, a hair brush, and two clothes brushes, cut glass jars and bottles, all topped with translucent green guilloche enamel, a silver mounted comb, a pair of scissors and a nail file. The internal case with jewellery compartment and toiletry box, fitted in a larger vellum travelling case.

Length - 33 cm / 13 inches
