A fine antique Sarouk carpet, west Persia

Approx: 390cm. x 283cm. Very good type with very elegant floral design and very good colour combination. Apart of very light touches of wear to the top pile in few small places, barely visible, this carpet has very good pile, soft wool qaulity. Selvages original. Ends secured with narrow material tape, sawn to the back of the carpet. In general, this carpet is in very good condition. Attractive and grest furnshing piece.
