A fine Qashqai Kashkuli runner, south-west Persia

Approx: 335cm. x 80cm. Very good type, seldom found in runner size. Design is nicely drawn with single coloumn of multicoloured linkled floral lozenge panels, flanked by human and animal figures together with rosettes and leaves. Colours are well balanced. This runner has full pile, soft wool quality. Selvages original. Ends with short fringes, secured. Very good furnishing size. In general, this runner is in very good condition throughout. Elegant piece. Woven on wool foundation.
