An antique Bakhtiari carpet, west Persia

Approx: 304cm. x 208cm. Very good type with very elegant design and good colour combination. Bold apperance. This carpet has slight localized wear to the top pile, down to knot collar in palces, visible at closer inspection, otherwise this carpet has good pile. Selvages replaced, very well done. Ends with short fringes, secured. In general, this carpet is in very good usable condition. Attractive and very good furnishing piece.
