A very fine Tabriz runner, north-west Persia

Approx:3 85cm. x 82cm. Very good type with classic Mahi design and four double medallions with pendants. Well balanced colours. This runner has full pile, soft and lustrous wool quality. Very fine weave, approx: 8 x 8 kots per cm. Selvages original. Ends with original fringes, secured. In general, this runner is in very good condition throughout. Very good furnishing size, long and narrow, sought after at present market. Attractive.
