A very similar part silk Kashan rug, central Persia

Approx: 194cm. x 137cm. Exactly the same design and colour combinatiotin as the previous lot 50. This rug has full pile of soft wool and part silk on the field and borders design. Very fine weave, approx: 8 x 7 knots per sq. cm; woven on silk foundation. In general, this rug is in very good condition throughout. Elegant and very good furnishing piece.
