An antique Heriz runner, north-west Persia

Approx: 345cm. x 97cm. Very good example for this type. Bold appearance with finve large medallions surrounded by serrated leaves, hooked bars, stylised animals, birds and horsemen. Very good colour combination. Apart of very light wear to the pile in one or two small places, barely visible, this runner has very good pile. Selvages partly rebound, very well done. Ends with original kilim and fringes. In general, this runner is in very good usable condition Very good furnishing size. Attractive.
