A George III sterling silver teapot, London 1808 by Thomas Wallis II
Of compressed ogee form upon four ball feet, the panelled curved spout opposite a wooden C scroll handle pinned to sockets, the hinged, domed lid surmounted by a detachable wooden finial. The body with half-fluted decoration. Fully marked underneath, part-marked to lid.
