A rare Chinese export 'eggshell' 'European subject' bowl, Qing dynasty, Yongzheng period
清雍正 外銷西洋人物圖薄胎盌

The finely potted bowl in 'eggshell' porcelain, decorated to the exterior with a 'European subject' theme depicting a couple, the gentleman wearing pink robes and the lady wearing blue robes, further decorated with gilt-decorated floral sprays, the rim with geometric borders, floral cartouches and foliate medallions
