Comprising four square tiles, each painted in a typical Safavid palette with cobalt blue, yellow, green, turquoise and manganese on white, each tile displaying portions of a larger rosette and lotus trellis interspersed with a scrolling split palmette spray in bold yellow and manganese purple, the smallest 22.7cm x 22.4cm, the largest 22.9cm x 23.2cm.
