FOUR BRONZE BUDDHA HEADS Cambodia and Laos, 15th to 19th century  Each of different size and with varying stylistic features, all recognisable by the cranial protuberance (ushnisha) and the elongated earlobes, two with Gupta-inspired snail curl hair, one with typical Thai spiky headdress, the last one with double knot on the ushnisha, each mounted on a wooden square stand, the tallest 16.5cm high. Provenance: Christie's South Kensington, 4 October 2011, lot 57.
