A LONG OTTOMAN SMOKING PIPE (CHIBOUK), Turkey, 20th century, the long cane partially made of cherry wood and partially of straw strips interwoven with silk threads creating diamond-shaped cartouches of geometric motifs, the furnace overlaid in silver sheets, the mouthpiece decorated with a tubular resin bead imitating yellow amber, mounted on a stand, 133cm long excluding the stand.
