A rare late 19th / early 20th century Anglo - Indian unmarked silver twin handled cup, Trichinopoly circa 1900
Raj period. Of conventional twin handled form, the handles formed as serpents. The body with embossed Hindu deities above their animal vehicles (vahana), all against a chased rosette background. Double skinned interior.
