An early 20th century Austrian 935 standard silver and enamel compact
Of shaped rectangular form to a hinged lid. The top with a painted enamel pastoral courtship scene. The reverse with turquoise guilloche enamel, the sides with royal blue enamel scrolls. The interior fitted with a mirror. The interior stamped made in Austria, 935, sterling silver and numbered 3937.
