A Nicholas II Russian 84 zolotnik silver gilt and cloisonné enamel vesta case, marked for Warsaw 1899-1904, maker’s mark obscured IX?

of rounded rectangular form, hinged lid and ring attachment. Seven colour cloisonné enamel decoration. Marked to the bezel with kokoshnik for assayer Alexsandr Romanov (1899-1904). Housed in original fitted case, branded for Mellerio dits Meller 9 Rue de La Paix.
