A mid-20th century Iranian (Persian) silver four-piece tea and coffee service, Isfahan circa 1950 mark of Kazeem
Comprising a teapot, a coffee pot, a covered milk jug and a covered twin handled sugar bowl. Each of ovoid form upon a stepped spreading circular foot. The C scroll handles with applied bone insulators, the pull off lids of domed form surmounted by hexagonal rounded finials. The bodies with embossed monabbat-kari decoration of an eight-sided cartouche with cranes below peonies with nightingales and other peonies, all within foliate decoration and arabesque cartouches. Each marked underneath with standard mark (۸۴) and workshop or retailer’s mark نام, the lids unmarked. (4)
