An antique Khila rug, east Caucasus

Approx: 210cm. x 121cm. very good example for this type with very well drawn design and good colour combination. This rug has slight wear to the pile, down to knot collar. localized tinting, very well done. Selvages original. Ends with fringes. In general, this rug is in good usable condition, despite inmperfections. Seldom found type in the sales. Attractive and very good furnishing piece.
