A fine Kirman Laver small carpet, South Persia

Approx: 224cm. x 140cm. Unusual and very well drawn overall design for this type. Very well balanced colours. This carpet has full pile, very soft and lustrous wool. Fine weave, approx: 7 x 7 knots per sq. cm; woven on fine light-blue cotton weft. Selvges original. Ends with short fringes, secured. In general, this carpets in very good condition throughout. Attractive ans very good furnishing piece.
