A pair of early 20th century Chinese export silver goblets, Canton circa 1910, marked Pei Ji, retailed by Tian Sheng of Hong Kong and Canton
Qing dynasty. Each of rounded circular form upon a twisted bamboo form stem, with a domed circular base, applied bamboo leaves to the junction to body and stem. The bowls with chased decoration of figural village scenes, with buildings and fir and willow trees. Each with a vacant circular cartouche to the front. Each marked underneath with artisan mark 培記 (PEI JI / the workshop of Pei), numeral 90, and retailer’s mark TS. (2)
