A Nicholas II early 20th century Russian cloisonné enamel and 84 zolotnik silver gilt sugar spoon, Moscow post-1908 by the 11th Artel
The bowl with foliate forms and scrolls in polychrome enamel decoration, against a textured ground. The handle with similar decoration to each side. Marked to the handle with kokoshnik, and maker’s mark 11A, also with French swan control mark (used 1893-1970).
