A late 19th / early 20th century Anglo – Indian silver nurses buckle, Madras circa 1900 by Peter Orr and Sons
Raj period. Of shaped broadly oval outline, with embossed decoration in swami pattern of a Hindu deity, encircled, reserved with four further deities and foliage. Double walled reverse with belt sections. Marked ORR encameo.
