An early 20th century German sterling silver and enamel compact

Of circular form, to a hinged lid.The top with painted enamel pastoral scene of courtship, with a man offering a birdcage to a maiden around sheep and a hound. The base with green guilloche enamel. The gilt interior fitted with mirror and loose powder dispenser. Stamped Germany and Sterling.
