Ullman (James Ramsey) Three typed letters signed ('James Ramsey Ullman')  to Miss Cond, the first one saying "In the past few years my wife and I have been twice to England, but unfortunately not to Devon. Next time, perhaps, we can rectify the omission and drop in to say hello at the Deer Park Hotel", one page, 4to, Strawberry Hill, Bermuda, 1 November 1953; another letter says "I hope you enjoy 'Banner in the Sky'. I'm particularly curious to see how it goes in England; for Collins are issuing it as a book for adults, whereas over here it was brought out as a juvenile", one page, 4to, 1165 Park Avenue, New York, 22 October 1955. In a later letter Ullman writes "The next book to come - title still uncertain- will be a non-fiction book about the South Pacific. And then, next spring, I shall be off to the Himalaya as a sort of scribe-historian of the first American expedition to Mount Everest.
