A mid-20th century silver water pot

Of octolobed cylindrical form, with a curved spout, twin swing handles and a pull off domed lid with a finial. Chased and embossed decoration of Chinese dragon, phoenix, spirit tortoise, and Qilin, reserved with a ring punched ground. Foliate decoration to the lid and spout. Stamped T90 underneath.

Height – 16 cm / 6.3 inches

Weight – 377 grams / 12.12 ozt
