An early 20th century Burmese silver small box

Of rectangular form with canted corners, pull off raised lid. Embossed decoration of figures cornered with foliate scrolls, the lid with an embossed figural scene from the Ramayana depicting Rama lifting his bow, sat between Sita and Lakshmana. Flat chased underneath with a chinthe.
