Claw-set with a cushion-cut ruby within a pierced marquise and brilliant-cut diamond surround, to bifurcated shoulders, diamonds approx. 1.81 carats total, stamped 18K, ring size M, weight 7.6grs, together with an AGL report stating that the ruby is of Burmese origin, with no indications of treatment.
