Atlante Dantesco Da Poter servire ad ogni edizione della Divina Commedia [Divine Comedy], engraved title pages in Italian and French, editor’s preface by Antonio Stella, frontispiece and 120 numbered plates, plate 27 bound rear, tears to margins in final 10 leaves, some spotting, manuscript leaf to front pastedown with note dated 1823, contemporary half straight-grained morocco, gilt rules to spine, rubbed, some loss to spine extremities, 1822.

***The note with two inscriptions: ‘For Mrs Garrick from the Author’ [and] ‘This book was purchased April 28th 1823 at the sale of the library belonging to the late David Garrick Esq. sold by M. Saunders in Fleet Street. George Moore.’
