A very fine silk Qum large rug, central Persia

Approx: 225cm. x 132cm. Beautifully drawn design and very good colour combinattion. Bold appearance. This rug has full pile, very soft and shiny silk quality. Selvages original. Ends with original kilim and fringes. Very fine weave, approx: 9 x 9 knots per sq. cm; woven on silk foundation. In general, this rug is in very good condition throughout. Very attractive and great furnishing piece.
