A cased Elizabeth II 9 carat gold novelty travelling clock / timepiece

Realistically modelled as a walnut. The hinged lid opens to reveal a hinged oval white enamel dial with Arabic and baton numerals and blued steel hands, signed Cartier. Fully and part-marked to lid bezel and interior. The back of the dial numbered 5848 and 8684. With a fitted Cartier case.
