A CARVED BONE  Circa 1st Millennium B.C. Possibly Near Eastern, the bone fragment is carved with a naturalistic depiction of a bull, with upward curving horns and muscular haunches, 10.3cm long.  Provenance: Old private collection, acquired in the 1960s - 1970s; French private collection.
