A COLLECTION OF GREENLANDIC INUIT MARINE IVORY CARVINGS, including various carvings or Tupilak (a carved figure that protects the owner from harm), notably a typical female figure with hair in a top-knot and face in her belly, together with other characterful and emotive figures or tupilak. (8)

Smallest 7cm long - largest 12.8cm long.

Provenance: All were acquired in the 1960's at source by the current owner, directly from Inuit artists from various locations across Greenland.
