A mid-20th century Persian (Iranian) silver cigarette or confectionary box, Isfahan circa 1950 mark of Reza
Pahlavi dynasty. Of square form with bracket feet, a hinged lid. The lid with monabbat-kari decoration of a battle scene probably depicting Bahram V, reserved with arabesques and foliate scroll vignettes. The sides edges with peony and scroll vignettes. Marked to the interior of the lid corner and workshop mark رضا and standard mark (۸۴).
