A Victorian antique sterling silver three-piece tea service, London 1854, by William Hewitt, together with a matching silver-plated tea kettle Of pear form, engraved with foliate scrolls and vacant reserves, the teapot and sugar bowl with scroll handle, the teapot with ceramic insulators, domed hinged lid and bud finial, the sugar bowl and cream jug with gilt interior, the kettle with ivory insulators and raised on four scroll feet terminating in a shell. (4) Height of kettle – 45 cm/17.7 inches Height of teapot – 18 cm/7 inches Weight of silver – 1175 grams/37.7 ozt
