A George V ‘Arts and Crafts’ sterling silver green tea teapot, London 1911 by William Arthur Smith Benson (1854-1924)
Of inverted rounded form, the short spout opposite a rattan covered loop handle, the pull off domed lid twin ball finial. Containing a detachable wire mesh infuser with hinged lid raised by a loop handle. Fully marked to side of handle and to lid bezel, infuser sections unmarked.
