A George VI sterling silver three-piece tea service, Sheffield 1937 by Mappin & Webb
Art Deco style, comprising a teapot, milk jug and twin handled sugar bowl. Each of inverted hemispherical form with moulded rims upon a domed spreading foot, the teapot with angular spout opposite an angular worked ivory handle, the hinged domed lid surmounted by a ovoid ivory finial. Each fully and part-marked. (3)
