An early 20th century Japanese sterling silver coffee pot, Yokohama circa 1900 by Arthur and Bond (active circa 1889-1923)
Meiji period, of baluster form upon a collet foot, the curved spout opposite a plain C scroll handle fitted with ivory insulators pinned to plain sockets. The hinged domed lid surmounted by a gourd finial. The body with embossed decoration of chrysanthemums to one side and leaves to the other. Stamped underneath ARTHUR & BOND STERLING YOKOHAMA.
