A SILVER DIVIT (PEN CASE) WITH INKWELL
Possibly Egypt or Syria, 20th century
Of typical shape, with a faceted, narrow, rectangular compartment for the reed pens and a small, square inkwell attached to the side, the body inscribed with coarse thuluth script calligraphy framed within knotwork bands, stamped with two Armenian marks on the top and bottom of the case, 18.5cm long.
