An early 20th century Chinese export silver spirit hip flask, Shanghai circa 1930 by Hua, retailed by Tack Hing

Of curved rectangular form with rounded edges, a bayonet fitted hinged bulbous cap. The body with flat chased decoration of bamboo centred with a vacant circular cartouche, otherwise with spot hammered decoration. Marked underneath with artisan mark 華 (HUA), retailer’s mark TACK HING and 90%SILVER.
