An early 20th century Japanese silver tea caddy, Yokohama circa 1900

Meiji period, of cylindrical form with a domed pull off lid with an internal pull-out seal. The body with cast and applied decoration of a trailing dragon, his wirework whisker extending over to the upper section. The pull off lid with a cast and applied boss of a trailing dragon grasping the mystic pearl. Signed to the side, otherwise unmarked.
