THREE SMALL JAPANESE LACQUER BOXES AND COVERS (KOGO).
18th/19th Century.
All decorated in gold hiramakie, slight moriage iroe, embellished with cut-gold foil, comprising one in the form of a fan decorated with autumn grasses and a shippo pattern, 8cm long, another a circular box and cover with pewter rims, 8cm diameter, the third a square box and cover, with a pagoda beside a stream, 8.5 x 7.3cm.(6)
