Chiswick’s Design team are proud to present an exciting start to their 2025 calendar with a sale that includes some spectacular works from some of the key names in Design.  Art Deco bronzes on a very large scale by Ferdinand Parpan and Joseph Csaky, an Alphonse Mucha print that has been with the same family for over 80 years, Archibald Knox and Christopher Dresser are just some of the exciting pre-war works on offer.  Italian design features heavily with furniture by Ico Parisi and Aldo Tura, an Ettore Sotsass Ashoka lamp and five Gaetano Pesce resin vases.  Other exciting lots include works designed by Charlotte Perriand and Jean Prouve.  A re-discovered master work by Hans Coper headlines the studio ceramics section which also includes a huge vessel by Ewen Henderson, a stunning William Staite Murray vase, cups by Carol McNicoll, and vessels by Japanese potters Aki Moriuchi, Shigeyoshi Ichino, and Manji Inoue.
