Some of the highlights include groats from Edward IV and Henry VI, two opposing belligerents in the Wars of the Roses, a “so-called dollar” from William Jennings Bryan’s failed 1896 US presidential campaign and a superb, as-struck gold Prithvi Bir Bikram, 1901 gold tola - a scarce Nepalese coin. The auction will also feature a number of British gold, colonial and historic world coins.
