Are your Salerooms open?

We’re excited to announce that we will be reopening our Chiswick Saleroom and South Kensington Showroom to the public from Monday 12 April 2021, following the UK Government’s Covid-19 Response – Spring 2021 Roadmap.

From this date, we can once again offer in-person auction services, including viewings and valuations. These services will be by appointment only, following social distancing guidelines and we will continue to offer these services virtually for clients who are unable to attend in-person.



What valuation services do you offer? 

Online Valuation 

For initial enquiries, our easy-to-use Online Valuation Form allows you to find out the value of your item(s) from the comfort of your own home. Simply submit images, a short description and measurements of the item(s) on our website and one of our Specialists will be in touch with a free and confidential auction estimate.

For collections and house clearance an online valuation is still the best starting point. Submit room shots or images of a few key items to start the conversation with our Valuations Team.

In-Person Valuations (Available from Monday 12 April 2021) 

Our Chiswick Saleroom is open for Valuations by appointment only. Please email our Valuations Team with images, a short description and measurements of the item(s). A General Valuer will then get back to you with a Valuation appointment.

Are you still able to complete Home Visits and Probate Valuation Services? 

We are able to carry out home visits and probate valuation services by appointment only with prior consultation under the current UK Government guidelines. Please contact Head of Valuations, Liz Winnicott to set up a consultation which will include a Covid-19 risk assessment.

For the consignment of larger items, such as a clearance due to a probate situation or property sale, we have established a contactless delivery service with one of our partner shippers.
