We recommend you request a condition report via our website prior to the sale. Our specialists are more than happy to assist with any additional questions via email, phone and Zoom Call. In certain circumstances, a video condition report will be available, providing a ‘virtual viewing’ of the lot from the comfort of your home.

We are accepting telephone bids and commision bids on all our sales.You can place a commission bid directly by creating your own personal account on chiswickauctions.co.uk. Payments can be made quickly and easily online through our payment platform or via bank transfer. Our Buyers Accounts Department is on hand to answer any question or guide you through the process. Please note, we do not accept American Express.
We are now offering contactless collection by appointment only, adhering to social distancing guidelines at our Chiswick Saleroom. As restrictions on the movement of goods and people are easing, Chiswick Auctions will no longer offer free storage for items purchased in our sales prior to 10 May unless agreed by prior arrangement. We will allow 14 days from Monday 11 May for you to make the necessary arrangements to collect, after this time, you will be charged our normal storage fees, our terms are listed below.
CA Ltd offers a discretionary 14 days free storage on purchased and unsold Lots from the date of the sale. Thereafter Lots not collected shall incur storage charges of:
£5.00 per lot, per day or part thereof for smalls and pictures (defined as anything that can be handled by one person)
£10.00 per lot, per day for furniture and other larger lots.
CA Ltd shall be entitled to retain said Lots until all sums due have been paid to CA Ltd. If any lot remains uncollected 21 days after the sale, storage charges shall thereafter be £10/£20 (smalls/larger items) per day and CA Ltd shall, in accordance with the Law, have the right to sell the purchased Lot to recover payment of storage charges outstanding. Any balance proceeds of sale received after payment of all sums outstanding and due to CA Ltd shall be held for the account of the Buyer.
