We continue to offer a full auction service both in-person and online, with plenty of options whether you are buying, selling, or collecting your item.
Following the lifting of Covid-19 restrictions by the UK Government, wearing a face covering is no longer compulsory and is now a personal choice. We continue to be mindful of the safety of both our clients and staff and if you would prefer a member of staff to wear a face covering during your visit to our Salerooms, please let us know.
We continue to offer a full auction service both in-person and online, with plenty of options whether you are buying, selling, or collecting your item. See below for more details.
We continue to offer a free and confidential valuation service, both in person and online. Whichever your preference, our experts are available via the online valuation form, our weekly walk-in valuation service or by direct appointments with the relevant specialist.
Our online valuation service is quick and easy. Fill in the details about the item, including photographs and measurements, as well as any known provenance and interesting features. Our Valuation Team will then be in touch shortly after with an initial auction estimate.
Every Tuesday and Thursday, we hold a walk-in valuation service between 10am to 4pm at our Chiswick Saleroom, where a General Valuer will be on hand to value your items and answer any questions you may have about your item(s).
With over twenty specialist departments, we have experts available across a broad spectrum of collecting categories. Contact our specialists directly to book an appointment, through the relevant department pages.
Bidding at auction has never been easier or more accessible - whether you are a first-time buyer or seasoned collector, our team is here to help with any questions you may have.
Chiswick Live is our online bidding platform which combines market-leading technology with the excitement of a live auction and allows you to bid from anywhere in the world. Register for an account, then place your bid either in advance of the sale or in real-time during the auction.
We are thrilled to invite you to our Saleroom to bid in person. Be sure to have registered for a bidding paddle in advance at our reception on the day of the sale.
Telephone bidding is easy and simple: one of our dedicated client services representatives will work with you as the auction happens, to relay the bidding activity in the room on the day and place bids on your behalf. Please organise telephone bid requests at least 12 hours before the start time of any auction.
If you can’t place your bid in person or in real time, you can submit an Absentee bid and we will bid on your behalf at the lowest possible price up to your set limit.
We continue to offer a Click and Collect service for all purchased lots. The service is available from the main Chiswick Saleroom and can be done personally or via your chosen courier.
To book a Click and Collect appointment or to provide authorisation for your chosen courier/representative to collect your goods, please email firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your invoice number. Our Collections Team will provide you with a designated collection slot and the required paperwork.
We ask that clients pay online prior to arrival. Please be aware if the goods are not paid for before your collection appointment, they will not be released and you will be required to rebook your collection slot after payment has been received.
Please turn up for your appointment during the designated time slot at our Chiswick Saleroom. Our Collections Team will have your lots ready to go, ensuring a quick and easy collection process.
