A CHINESE BLUE AND WHITE 'FLOWERS' DISH.

Qing Dynasty, 19th Century.

The rounded sides supported by a splayed foot and rising to a flared rim, the centre painted with flowerheads amidst scrolling leafy stems, the cavetto decorated with peonies, chrysanthemums and lotus flowers blossoming from undulating leafy stems encircled by a key fret border, the exterior with a similar design above a border of swirls around the foot, raised on a wood stand, 27.8cm diameter.
