Modelled as a standing Ottoman Sultana, wearing a white and burgundy gilt-embroidered flowered robe and cap, sumptuously dressed with a heavy white turban, at the top of the turban a hole once filled by a stopper now missing, the body separated in two parts, the bottom opened at the back to function as candle holder, the top used as scents container, the rounded base in the shape of an embroidered cushion, the base unmarked, 36.5cm high.
