In soft red border of stylised coloumns with linked arches enclosing various miulticoloured vases. Outer wide ivory open striple with stylised vases, floral and leafy motifs, approx; 10ft.5in. x 7ft.3in.(317cm. x 221cm.) Unusual design which is very well drawn, good colour combinaton and bold appearance. Apart of tiny wear in few very small places, barely visible this carpet has good pile and is in very good usable condition. Both ends and selvages original. Very attractive and great furnishing piece.
